The Forward Controls MOS Plate for Glock is one of the easiest ways to upgrade your Glock MOS mounting surface. The last thing you want to do is put stress on your optic screws, and these machined steel plates eliminate that worry. The tight plate-to-slide tolerances and the front and rear fences are designed to keep the optic firmly in place. They minimize lateral load being transferred to the optic’s screws during firing, reducing the possibility of the screws eventually loosening or shearing.
- DPP: Forward Controls Glock Optics Platform for DeltaPoint Pro; Two plate-to-slide screws (M3-0.5mm x 6mm); Two Delta PointPro screws (M4 .7×15.8mm); T10 Torx key; T15 Torx key; Vibra-tite VC-3 Threadlocker
- RMR: Forward Controls Glock Optics Platform for Trijicon RMR; Two plate-to-slide screws (M3-0.5mm x 6mm); Two optic-to-plate screws (6/32 x 3/8); T10 Torx key; Vibra-tite VC-3 Threadlocke
DPP Plate:
- Use on Gen 4 and Gen 5 slides: G17, G19, G22, G23, G26, G34, G45, and G40. (It will not fill the G40 width all the way, but still works.)
- Compatible with Leupold DeltaPoint Pro and EOTECH EFLX optics.
- The screws included with the plate are the same screws that ship with the DeltaPoint Pro. Use the screws that come with your optic and keep these as spares.
- EOTECH EFLX screws NOT included. Use the screws that come with your EFLX to install it on the plate. The DeltaPoint Pro optic-to-plates screws are too long for the EFLX.
- Billet machined in 4140 steel, hat treated, and black nitride coated.
- Plate-to-slide torque: 1.5nm (13 in/lb)
- Optic-to-plate torque: 2.8nm (25 in/lb)
- Weight with hardware: 27 g (1.0 oz)
RMR Plate:
- Use on Glock Gen 4 and Gen 5 slides: G17, G19, G34, G35, G41, G45, and G40. (Glock’s OEM MOS plate’s width matches that of the slide, but the Forward Controls plate is already wider to fully support the RMR, thus it is compatible with all MOS equipped Glock slides.)
- Compatible with Trijicon RMR and SRO optics.
- Note that the MOS plate supports the full width of the RMR and SRO so a sealer plate is not necessary.
- May work with some Holosun optics but fit is not guaranteed. These Holosun optics are known to work: 507C, 507C x2, 407C-X2. DO NOT use the supplied optic to plate screws for Holosun optics—they are too long. Use the short set of screws that come with the Holosun to install it on the plate.
- The plate is designed to sandwich the optic between its front and rear fence. It is manufactured with a +/- 0.003 tolerance. Trijicon’s tolerance for their optics is +/- 0.005. In practical terms, this means while some RMRs will move inside the fences by a very small amount, others will need to be forced into the space. Every plate has been tested by Forward Controls on their RMR and SRO, but there is always a chance it might not fit your RMR/SRO without modification. This should not be considered a drop in part.
- Machined in 1018 steel and black nitride coated.
- Plate-to-slide torque: 1.5nm (13 in/lb)
- Optic-to-plate torque: 1.5nm (13 in/lb)
- Weight with hardware: 31 g (1.1 oz)
